My Workout Progress
There have been numerous emails sent to me, requesting that I set-up a page on my site that deals with my training progress; so here it is.  I will try to add new pics month by month, so that you can see whatever gains I might make in muscle size and losses in body fat.  I would also like it if you, the reader / visitor of this page, could give me some feedback as to what I should try to improve on or some training pointers.

Well I hope I don't scare any of you off with my pics and enjoy the rest of the site.  
I know it's a bit late posting these, but have been really busy with work and haven't had the time to do anything with my website.

STATS:  295 lbs. / 51" chest / 17" arms / 42" waist / 28" quads / 19" calves / 18" neck
****  My pics for May thru December of 2005 unfortunately were lost when my old pc crashed and couldn't be saved....So I'm hoping to take some new pics this coming weekend, 01/14/2006 and then get them posted on here that same day.  I apologize for the long wait. ****
